Coming soon to a family near you

Yes, these are new. Yes, Mama was tired and sick (but not sick and tired) for three months because of this. Yes, that's mostly behind us and now the hard work begins. Yes, we're excited. Yes, 3B will be a big brother. Yes, we are pregnant again.

No, we still don't have any idea what we're doing.

  1. OMG wonderful news. We are so excited for you three.

  2. Congratulations!

I still make it up as I go along. I would not worry too much about knowing what you are doing.

  3. Awesome. Big brothering is a big job.

HA we knew it. we called it a month ago. You were dropping hints right and left. Cilla and I both said they have to be preggers. Way to go!!!

    TCB on 3G????

  5. Congrats!!! A little cutie already.

  6. I still say SHE looks beautiful.

If you know what you are doing, they call you an expert and then you have to write a book or something.

So long as you have no idea what you are doing, we call those parents. And you are a wonderful set of those if I do say so myself.

Congratulations, my friend! I'm so happy for you guys. Great news!

  8. Thanks, everyone, for your kind words. We'll definitely be making it up as we go along, since we're no experts, especially the part about big brothering, since neither of us has ever done that ourselves. And for those of you who caught the hints, a bonus 50 Bradstein points for you.

Ah-ha! I suspected as much! The "Mama is craving" comments were a huge red flag. Congratulations to the Bradsteins!

OMG!* I KNEW you were hinting at this! Now I can stop smacking Chris in the arm every time I read your blog, yelling at him, "Are they pregnant? He's hinting big time!"

By the way, those are the clearest ultrasounds I have ever seen. You must have the bomberewski OB.

I am so happy for you guys.

*Yes, that is the first time I have ever typed that little acronymy thingy. You brought it out in me.**
**Yes, this is the first time I've added footnotes to a blog comment. I think this is nerd nirvana.

  11. Glad to be of service to you and to Chris's arm.

Well, it was a tech, not a doc, and she said it was really hard to find baby, since we were just at 11 weeks and three days, so baby was tiny.

But yes, once she found baby, she did get some good shots. Mama also says that baby waved at the camera, clear as day.

I had to miss the fun, at home with the flaming ear.

    Now stop hitting my roomie.

  12. Whoa!!!! Congratulations!

  13. Thanks, dude. Sorry about your arm. Hope it recovers soon.

Now we're allowed to tell you how much harder it is with two kids...

  16. Now you tell us. Bastard.
